I’M PASSIONATE ABOUT empowering overwhelmed adults regain peace SO THEY CAN LIVE LIFE AUTHENTICALLY with resilience and self-compassion.

BUSINESS ASIDE

Hey! I’m Ashley, and when I’m not in the office, you can often find me sipping coffee (with way too much cream), rescuing a stray dog off the side of the road for the millionth time, or having mini dance parties with my kids. I’m someone who believes in balance—work hard, but make time for the little joys in life, too.

Therapy for me isn’t just about guiding others; it’s also about learning and growing together. I’ve been in the field for seven years, and what I love most about this work is the meaningful connections I get to build with my clients. It’s a privilege to be part of someone’s journey, and I approach each session with a genuine curiosity and respect for where you’re at in your life.

If you’re considering reaching out, I’d love to hear your story and see if we’d be a good fit to work together. No pressure, just a chance to see if we vibe! Whether you’re looking for a place to talk, learn, or heal, I’m here to listen.

CORE VALUES: AUTHENTICITY ☼ TRANSPARENCY ☼ GENEROSITY ☼

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, supportive environment where we’ll explore past patterns, address generational influences, and develop practical skills to enhance your well-being. I measure success by empowering clients to feel more connected, authentic, and resilient in their everyday lives.

WHAT TO EXPECT.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), which I tailor to support each client’s unique journey. I encourage everyone to bring what makes them feel comfortable, whether it’s a blanket or fidget toy (I also have a box!) to better your counseling experience.
